Can someone help me???? It's very urgent!!!

I have a 2120 2.01 Artist and I just upgraded it to the version 2.11 with a new chip. I know we have to do a factory reset when we reopen it with the new chip
so, I lost all my presets I've done the last 3 years. But before, as suggested, I've made a Bulk dump and a System dump (with Cakewalk) before installing the new chip.

When I'm sending the bulk dump from my computer into the 2120, it doesn't works!!!! Even with the old chip, it still doesn't work.

What is going on with my bulk dumps????

Please help,
I have a lot of gigs to do and all my sounds are lost!!!!

Can I ask, why did you upgrade? What is the benefits of the upgrade?
I have a stock 2120 that is working fine. All of my patches have been
tailor made for me and my guitars.

So, what does the upgrade give you??

I Have The 2120 Also.. Where Can I Get RPEdit. Up Grading Also You Get 41 More Presets. You Can Get The 2.30 Upgrade On Ebay. For 28.00 I'm Gonna Order It For My 2120 Artist. I Can't Find RPEdit Anywhere.. Can Anyone Help Me.. Send Me The Link .. Thanx & Keep 'Rock'in'..!!
