We do not have an on-site repair shop, but if you live in the USA reach out via the support email and we can provide you with the nearest authorized DigiTech/DOD repair shop to your location.

We recommend having it inspected by an authorized dealer near you. Our dealers work closely with us to provide a variety of services, including repair, exchange, warranty repair, and parts replacement.

We have some information to share with you. Please note that the following details are dependent on the specific product you possess, which we do not have on file:

i) For DigiTech® products released after 2012, you can obtain the DC adapter through our official dealers. Please visit the following link to locate a dealer in your area: https://digitech.com/dealers/

ii) Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an AC/AC adapter. If you require this type of adapter, please search for “PS0913B” and purchase a product that meets the necessary specifications. iii) For adapters released before 2012, we may be able to provide a limited supply depending on the remaining stock and if you can provide us with the product specifications. However, please be aware that we may no longer have a particular adapter in stock.

We do not provide software for discontinued DigiTech models. We understand that this may not be the response you were hoping for, and we apologize for any frustration this may cause.
